At BIZTUNNEL, we are committed to your satisfaction. Because all our dresses are custom-made to order according to your specific measurements and preferences, we have established the following return and refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.
Important Notice - Custom-Made Products
All dresses sold by BIZTUNNEL are made-to-order and customized according to your selected size, color, and specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products:
- Exchanges are NOT accepted
- Returns are only accepted under specific circumstances outlined below
Return
When Returns Are Accepted:
We accept returns ONLY in the following situations:- Quality Issues: Manufacturing defects, damaged items, or significant quality problems
- Wrong Item: You received an item that is significantly different from what you ordered
- Sizing Errors: The dress does not match the measurements you provided (proof required)
When Returns Are NOT Accepted:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Color variations due to different monitor displays
- Minor differences in shade or fabric texture
- Style preference after receiving the dress
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items with removed tags or in non-original condition
Return Timeframe
30-Day Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
- The 30-day period begins from the date you sign for and receive your package
- Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will NOT be accepted
- You must contact customer service BEFORE the 30-day deadline expires
How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Wait for Customer Service Response
Our customer service team will review your request and photos within 1-2 business days. We will assess your situation and provide a response based on the specific circumstances of your case.If your return is approved, we will provide:
- Return authorization
- Return shipping address
- Return instructions and requirements
- Information about the refund or resolution based on your specific situation
Step 3: Ship the dress Back
Once approved:- Pack the dress securely in its original packaging (if possible)
- Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging materials
- Ship to the return address provided by customer service (NOT to our business address)
- Use a tracking shipping method and keep your tracking number
⚠️ Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior approval or sent to incorrect addresses will not be processed and may not be returned to you.
Refund Processing
Inspection Period:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify:
- The item is in original, unworn condition
- All tags are still attached
- The return reason matches the approved request
- No alterations have been made
Refund Timeline:
If your return is approved after inspection:
- Refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or credit card company
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Refund Amount:
The refund amount will be determined by our customer service team based on the specific circumstances of your case. Factors considered include:
- The nature of the issue (quality defect, sizing error, etc.)
- Whether the issue was caused by our error or other factors
- The condition of the returned item
- Shipping and processing costs
Our customer service team will inform you of the refund amount when they approve your return request.
At BIZTUNNEL, you never need to worry about the perfect fit. All of our dresses are handmade to your specific measurements or size chart. If minor adjustments are needed, you can have alterations done at your local tailor.To provide additional assistance and help, we offer a limited alterations reimbursement for all dresses (including standard size dresses and custom size dresses). Simply submit a picture of your receipt from the tailor via email to service@biztunnel.com and we'll do the rest!
Reimbursement Limits (in USD):- Dress $59 and under - limit $10
- Dress $60 - $99 - limit $20
- Dress $100 - $199 - limit $30
- Dress above $200 - limit $40
How to Request Alteration Reimbursement:
- Have your dress altered at a local tailor or seamstress
- Obtain an itemized receipt/invoice showing the alteration costs
- Take a clear photo of the receipt
- Email the photo to service@biztunnel.com with your order number
- We will process your reimbursement according to the limits above
This option allows you to keep your dress and get it perfectly fitted while receiving reimbursement for the alteration costs!
Exchange Policy
We do NOT offer exchanges.Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we cannot exchange items for different sizes, colors, or styles. If you need a different item, you would need to:
- Return the original item following our return process (if eligible)
- Receive a refund
- Place a new order for the desired item
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Items purchased during special promotional sales (unless defective)
- Accessories, veils, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items with removed or missing tags
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- All custom size dresses (unless there is a quality problem)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your dress arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects:- Inspect immediately upon delivery
- Take clear photos of the damage and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@biztunnel.com
- Include your order number, photos, and description of the issue
- Our customer service team will review your case and provide a resolution based on the specific circumstances

About Our Custom-Made Dresses:
Before your purchase, please note all of our Wedding & Party Dresses are made to order, which means our tailor makes the dresses one by one to maintain high quality. We are always trying our best to make each dress as similar to the picture as possible, but we cannot guarantee it is exactly the same. Due to the custom nature and wholesale pricing, sometimes we may use similar fabrics to create the dress.
Color Accuracy:
Please be aware that colors may appear slightly different on different monitors and devices. We recommend ordering fabric swatches if you need to match specific colors or Contact us service@biztunnel.com.
Measurements:
Please confirm color, style, and measurements within 24 hours after your payment. Accurate measurements are crucial for a perfect fit.
